The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has cast almost every aspect of our lives into uncertainty. We at Oakley Self Storage are working hard to prioritize the health and safety of our community while continuing to support you, our customer, as effectively as we can. This is a time to overcome, together, and emerge stronger on the other side.
During this challenging time, you can count on us to continue to support your essential storage needs. You will continue to have access to your storage unit during our regular gate hours (6am to 10pm). You will also continue to have access to your personal mailbox during our regular office hours. We are doing all that we can to comply with shelter-in-place orders, while at the same time continuing to provide the essential services that you need.
We understand that your storage and mailbox needs are often integral to the essential activities of your business or household, and thus necessary to maintain the safety, sanitation, and essential operation of your residence or business. To minimize risks when you visit our facility, we have reduced our on-site staffing during business hours to the minimum necessary to maintain minimum basic operations. Our staff is required to follow all "social distancing requirements" as set forth by the CDC and Contra Costa County, which includes enhanced sanitation procedures.
For the sake of caution, we encourage you to transact business with us online to the extent possible. You can always manage your account, pay your bill, and sign up for auto-pay online.
Lastly, you can always reserve your unit online, and our manager will contact you shortly with instruction on how to complete your rental, without needing face-to-face interaction.
